The early bird catches the worm....

So here I am finally writing my first blog post. Something I have toyed with doing for some time now, I'm not exactly sure what I'm going to bring to the great wide world of blogging but hey i'm interested to see where it takes me- a new venture which hopefully will become an adventure! I'm a London girl I hope to have some tips to share and hopefully motivate some people along the way!
I'm currently training to become a personal trainer. My love of fitness really started about age 15, although I HATED sport at school, especially netball. All that elitist team choosing, superficial popularity rubbish! UGH well just isnt me.
So im now 30! I love my fitness and I love to share this enthusiasm with others! I'm going to include some links to websites I use and love, add pictures and motivate anyone that is interested  in a healthy fit way off life!

Today this is how my day started



This was awesome! I set my timer took a deep breath and 12 mns 23secs later I was done! sweating like crazy, laying in a heap but it felt good! this was posted by Lisa -Marie from bodyrock tv. I get bored easily and high intensity interval training really is the way forward for my workout style! I added in 18 more minutes of high intensity interval training (hiit) and made today's workout 30 mins long.
For those of you that do not have 30 mins 15 mins really pushing yourself hard is still worth the effort, you will still see changes and you will feel better for it!
Girls do not be afraid of weight!! weight will make the difference faster! so include weight in your workout.
